About Us

 

The Epping Forest Business Group (EFBG) is based in West Essex Golf Club amidst the beautiful grounds of the golf course. EFBG provides the perfect opportunity to network with other professionals and aquire new business. Meetings start every Thursday mornings and begin with an introduction by our current Chair Ash Parmar and Vice Chair Fiona Sagoo. We usually discuss updates and various items on the Agenda. Those who arrive early also get an opportunity to network and catch up generally.

 

 

60 Seconds

Every week each member has the opportunity to talk about their business for '60 seconds', This is a great time of sharing and is a continued reminder of the breadth of talent we have in the group. It provides a nice balance between the informal networking that takes place during breakfast and before we officially start the mornings proceedings. 60 seconds is an ideal timeframe as it ensures presentations are bold and concise. The beauty of this exchange is that everyone, particularly guests get a first-hand insight into what each member has to offer.

A Full English Breakfast - Followed by a 10min Presentation

Our 60 second presentations are then followed by a beautifully cooked breakfast (free for all members and for first time visitors too). This is also an ideal time to relax and do some informal networking. After breakfast, we get to listen to a 10min presentation by a member of the group. The scheduled presentation each week is based on a weekly rota system. Photos are taken each week and shared via social media (includes: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus). We also offer members the option to have their presentations filmed. Your first video is FREE, providing members with weekly exposure to thousands of contacts.
